Job Description



We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of our training events, workshops, and academy programs. This role plays an essential part in ensuring our events run smoothly, providing a positive and memorable experience for all participants. You will work closely with the Events Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver well-organized, high-quality events that reflect Skillbridge Academy’s commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating logistics for on-site and virtual events.

  • Support venue setup, materials preparation, and equipment organization.

  • Maintain communication with vendors, participants, and internal teams.

  • Help manage event schedules, registration lists, and attendee support.

  • Ensure all event spaces meet branding and quality standards.

  • Monitor event flow and address issues proactively to maintain smooth operations.

  • Provide administrative support related to event planning and post-event follow-up.
