Role: Executive Assistant

Location: Presidio, San Francisco (in-office 5 days a week)

Base Salary: $140,000 - $160,000

Role responsibilities:

• Expertly manage complex calendars, travel, and logistics for senior leadership.
• Plan and execute impactful meetings and events, from investor meetings to company offsites.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders, prioritizing based on strategic importance and alignment with leadership goals.
• Manage communications (email, mail, and messages), ensuring timely responses and prioritizing urgent matters.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate across all levels of an organization.
• Process-oriented with a history of creating efficient workflows and systems.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Driven, reliable, flexible, and accountable with a strong work ethic.
• Demonstrated discretion, resourcefulness, and ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Proactive problem-solver with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop effective solutions for diverse projects.
