Who We Need

We’re looking for a competitive, driven, and relentless Fence Sales Specialist to own their territory and help homeowners and businesses secure high-quality fencing solutions. This is NOT a desk job—you’ll be out in the field, meeting with leads, networking, and making deals happen.

What You’ll Do

✅ Meet with residential & commercial clients to assess fencing needs and close deals
✅ Generate your own leads through networking, referrals, and canvassing (Company provides leads, but the top reps create their own opportunities)
✅ Provide on-site consultations, take measurements, and offer expert recommendations
✅ Prepare detailed estimates and present compelling proposals
✅ Master our proven sales playbook and refine your pitch for maximum success
✅ Use our CRM and sales tools to track leads, appointments, and pipeline
✅ Collaborate with the install team to ensure seamless project execution
