Job Description Due to our company's growth, we are hiring full-time Field Investigators. In this position, you will drive a late‑model, company‑issued car in designated areas to locate vehicles subject to repossession. You will interact with our recovery agents and customers, but you will not physically repossess the vehicle. Each car contains in‑cab computers and camera technology to assist you in locating vehicles; recovery agents handle the actual repossession. You will receive a company‑provided fuel card covering all work‑related expenses. The position offers a base hourly rate of $15–$16/hour plus bonuses. Required Experience A self‑starter with the drive and discipline to perform successfully under limited supervision. A naturally curious soul willing to dig in and take the extra step necessary to achieve success. An excellent communicator who can clearly convey information to support the field team. What You Need Be 23 years of age or older with a clean driving record approved by our insurance. Ability to pass pre‑employment processing, including a background check and urinalysis drug test.
