Job Level :Entry Level (less than 2 years) United is a leader in the repossession and remarketing industry. Due to our company’s growth, we are now hiring full-time FieldInvestigators for day and night shift. In the Field Investigatorposition, you will drive a late-model, company-issued car indesignated areas and locate vehicles that are subject torepossession. You will directly interact with our recovery agentsand customers, however you will NOT physically repossess thevehicle. Each car is equipped with in-cab computers so that youalways have direct access to your team. Each vehicle is alsoequipped with camera technology, which scans other vehicle licenseplates as you drive. This process helps you locate vehicles that aresubject for repossession by our recovery agents; they handle theactual repossession, not you! You will also be issued acompany-provided fuel card, so all work-related expenses are paid byUR2. This position can reasonably average between $14-16/hour. United offers intensive training for our newly hired FieldInvestigators at our corporate headquarters in Memphis, TN (travel,meals, and accommodation are covered by United). During the four daytraining, you will meet with internal operations that will serve asyour support while in the field. You will experience hands ontraining in a classroom environment and in the field. In theclassroom, you will get a better understanding of this position andthe tools you will use to succeed. In the field, you will run routesand make contact - seeing first hand the role of a Field Investigator. We are looking for individuals who are interested in growingwith us and becoming a Uniteder. Experience and Skills: What we are looking for: A self-starter with the drive and discipline to performsuccessfully under limited supervision. A naturally curious soul. Knowledge is power and the abilityto clearly communicate that information makes you a power-playerin the field. What you need: A high school diploma or equivalent. Be 23 years of age or older with a clean driving record to beapproved by our insurance. Fuel card to cover gas expenses.
