The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Foreign Trade Zone & Logistics Specialist to join our team in Doral, Florida. This on-site role is an exciting opportunity to bring your expertise to a well-respected, fast-growing company, enhancing our efficiency and reinforcing our reputation as an exemplary Foreign Trade Zone in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimize Foreign Trade Zone operations in compliance with CBP regulations.
• Work in tandem with warehouse operations, sales, and purchasing to ensure seamless workflow and inventory accuracy.
• Prepare and submit import/export logistics documentation as it relates to CBP
• Monitor and review practices for continued compliance with CBP regulations
• Collaborate with the purchasing team and suppliers to a proactive approach to compliance
• Leverage strong communication skills to liaise with management and regulatory agencies.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4-5 years of experience in Foreign Trade Zone operations, warehouse management, and import/export logistics.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency and quality.
• Bonus: Experience with Magaya ACELYNK software is a strong plus.
