Job Description
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES Specializes in Forensic Behavioral Health, provides forensic assessment and forensic specific treatment to all clients presented to the clinic by utilizing individual treatments inclusive of individual, family and group therapy to address identified client needs. Assists Lead clinician in representing and promoting CRT at various community and professional forums specifically at Support Court.

- Regular attendance
- Attend and complete all mandatory trainings
- Completes assessment tool, integrates pertinent information to establish diagnosis, and analyzes data to create clinical formulation within designated timeframe.
- Develops achievable SMART goals with client; with measurable and behavioral objectives within designated timeframes.
- Monitors treatment progress and provides updates within identified timeframes and as necessary.
- Performs individual, family and group treatment utilizing evidence-based practices to
facilitate positive strength-based change. - Collaborates with other providers by providing all pertinent clinical information in a timely
manner. - Responds to crisis situations and triages appropriately, communicating clearly with
professionals -internal and external - to meet presenting client needs. - Provides referrals and linkage to community and internal resources as necessary to address
client need. - Secures reimbursement by providing accurate documentation and
the submitting progress notes in a timely manner. - Completes documentation within
designated timeframes as established by CRT and external regulatory agencies - Complete court reports
- Represents and promotes CRT at community functions and required meetings and
communicates potential client/community needs to management that will assist in future program development
ADDITIONAL JOB FUNCTIONS - Perform all other duties as assigned
MINIMUM TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE Education: Master's Degree in behavioral health (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy or alcohol and drug counseling).
Minimum Years of Experience : 4 years of experience is required
Active Certification in good standing in: Must have a valid driver's license as a LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LPCA or LADC
Demonstrate skills in: Treating individuals 18 years and older referred or seeking Substance use and mental health and/or co-occurring treatment.
Knowledge of : Knowledge of Harm Reduction Model and resources available to substance using population, ability to learn Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment model. Knowledge of physical, medical, and pharmacological issues related to
substance dependency. Educates clients on issues associated with chemical dependency treatment. Strong practice of Cognitive Behavioral therapy and other evidence-based practices. Excellent communication skills, ability to press ideas clearly and objectively orally and in writing as necessary. Ability to maintain client confidentiality in accordance to CRT policy, and state and federal regulations. Awareness/sensitivity to all types of issues related to client diversity. Knowledge of DSM.

ADA COMPLIANCE Physical Ability : Tasks involve sedentary to light work, involving some reaching, handling, fingering and/or feeling of objects and materials.
Sensory Requirements : Some tasks require visual perception and discrimination. Some tasks require oral communications ability.
Environmental Factors : Tasks are regularly performed with exposure to adverse environmental conditions, such as dirt, dust, pollen, odors, wetness, humidity, rain, fumes, temperature and noise extremes, machinery, vibrations, electric currents, traffic hazards, animals/wildlife, toxic/poisonous agents, violence, disease, or pathogenic substances.
