Responsabilidades principales Analizar la descripción del puesto y comprender los requisitos técnicos del perfil solicitado. Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de búsqueda y atracción de talento. Evaluar candidatos mediante entrevistas telefónicas o virtuales. Presentar shortlists de candidatos cualificados a la empresa. Hacer seguimiento del proceso hasta la validación final del candidato. Requisitos Ser freelance/autónomo, con capacidad de facturación. Contar con sus propias herramientas de trabajo, incluyendo LinkedIn Recruiter u otras plataformas profesionales de búsqueda. Experiencia previa en reclutamiento 360° o headhunting, preferiblemente en sectores técnicos, industriales o de ingeniería. Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma, organizada y orientada a resultados. Experiencia gestionando varios procesos de selección en paralelo.
