Fundraising Coordinator to join its team in
Little Rock, AR . This role plays a critical part in advancing the organization's mission by building relationships and securing financial support from corporate partners, individual donors, and foundations.
About the Role:
The Fundraising Coordinator is responsible for
fundraising and donor engagement within central Arkansas. This includes securing mid- to high-level corporate and individual giving, managing donor relationships, and identifying new revenue opportunities to support the organization's mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies for corporate giving, matching gift programs, and corporate foundation support.
- Act as a local liaison for national corporate partnerships to ensure alignment and maximize fundraising efforts.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with individual donors and family foundations to encourage long-term support.
- Identify and engage high-potential donors and prospects within central Arkansas.
- Oversee online giving programs, monthly contributions, and other revenue streams in the region.
- Represent the organization at speaking engagements, community events, and donor presentations.
- Attend and support fundraising events as needed, including some evening and weekend commitments.
- Maintain donor relationships by executing stewardship strategies and engagement plans.
- Prepare reports and participate in regular development team meetings.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, nonprofit management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fundraising, sales, account management, or a relevant field.
- Proven ability to engage with corporate executives and develop long-term donor relationships.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with confidence in public speaking.
- Deep understanding of the central Arkansas community and its philanthropic landscape.
- Willingness to travel regionally as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
Desired Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, nonprofit management, or a related field.
