Position Overview:

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health to join our team. In this role, you will assist with providing high-quality patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and other medical professionals. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
• Help with patient mobility, including transferring and positioning patients.
• Assist in preparing patients for examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Support nurses and physicians with patient care tasks and medical procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Monitor patient comfort and report changes in condition to the healthcare team.
• Document patient information accurately in medical records.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Completion of a certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program (required)
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting (preferred but not required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
