Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating Crown Stand Up Reach and Stand Up Forklifts, as well as Reach Trucks. Responsibilities include handling materials in a warehouse setting, shipping, loading and unloading trucks, inventory management, and cycle counting. Experience working in a freezer environment and knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in the food industry is essential.
Hard SkillsThe facility is a large facility with over 400 employees working over 2 different shifts. The operation has multiple loading docks and manages a stock inventory that undergoes processes such as sizing, chopping, splitting, cutting, frying partially, and instantly freezing the chicken for customers. Forklift drivers will be in the freezer most of the day but will be given a 10-minute break every hour away from the freezer.
Benefits/PerksThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
