Job Description

Exceed your potential with Volt Volt is immediately hiring Remote Hospice Medical Coders. As a Hospice Medical Coder you will: Analyze medical records and identify documentation deficiencies. You will serve as resource and subject matter expert to other coding staff. You will review and verify documentation, support diagnoses, procedures, and treatment results. This is a full time opportunity. The ideal candidate will have: Proven work experience as a Medical Coder or similar role Three years of Hospice Medical Coding experience. Previous hands on technical support experience preferred Solid understanding of billing software and electronic medical records Proven experience troubleshooting Meditech and other billing software Must have the ability to multitask and manage time effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Outstanding problem-solving and organizational abilities 3+ years’ experience MEDITECH Expanse experience required Pay Rate: $28.00- $36.00 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
