The oven operator will schedule and program the different ovens following accordingly the directions specified in the work orders to bake or anneal the billets and sheets. Load and unload the ovens. Gather all the different billets made the compression molding department then put them in the ovens previously assigned to be baked, keep track of the different cycle times for specific materials and communicate with the team when the processes are done. Using the MRP system must move the labor. The position runs production work orders, communicates with other departments and co-workers regarding production runs, must maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment. - High School/GED diploma, Preferred 2+ years experience in manufacturing, Required 2+ years Hot oven molding experience is Preferred 1+ years experience Blueprint & Dimensional readying Required Forklift Experience is preferred Certain states require pay information be provided in job postings. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the national pay range for this position which is **$21.00 to $28.00 per year,** however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is **10%** of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is **$48,048to $64,064** .
