NOW HIRING: HR Assistant
Responsibilities of an HR Assistant:

• Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, preparing job postings, and conducting background checks

• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations

• Support employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed

• Assist with employee onboarding in HHA exchange and our EMR Alora for documentation.

• Help address employee inquiries and provide general HR support as needed

• Prepare reports and assist with various HR projects

• Previous experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably in Home healthcare or a long-term care setting

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and Must Be able to Pass Background check FBI, CHILD ABUSE CLEARANCE and PA PATCH

• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations is a plus
