Key Responsibilities Coordinate and facilitate new employee onboarding. Assist with employee offboarding by collecting and processing exit paperwork, updating HR records, and conducting exit interviews as required. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and training records. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs, providing assistance as needed. Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs. Support HR initiatives such as performance management, employee engagement surveys, and recognition programs. Prepare HR-related documents as required. Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries. Assist the HR team to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Maintain the facility HR filing system, ensuring all documents are properly labeled and stored securely. Assist with payroll administration, including data entry and timekeeping. Provide general administrative support to the HR department, such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes. Conduct all HR processes confidentially and compliantly. Skills Knowledge and Expertise The ideal candidate will embody the following characteristics and possess the knowledge , skills, and abilities listed below: Honest, trustworthy, and reliable. Hardworking. Prior experience in an HR administrative or assistant role is preferred. Sedentary work - exerting up to 10 lbs of force occasionally. Enthusiastic, motivated, passionate, and self-starter. Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Familiarity with employment laws and regulations. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Demonstrated organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
