Overview

We're currently hiring for an HR Assistant to support a busy and fast-paced HR team in a corporate environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong administrative foundation and an interest in growing within the human resources field. This position is temp-to-hire and offers long-term potential with a well-established organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, and records management
• Help coordinate interviews, training sessions, and new hire orientations
• Maintain employee data including attendance, leave, certifications, and benefits records
• Support pre-employment screening processes and documentation
• Generate reports and assist with compliance tracking
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (data entry and reporting)
• ADP or similar HRIS system experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality
• Bilingual skills (Spanish or French) are a bonus, but not required
