Job Title: HR Specialist | Recruiter – Parttime, Onsite Location: Charleston , South Carolina 29456 United States Willingness to work with EMEA colleges (Israel time zone) Working part time (up to 50%) The HR Specialist acts as a strategic partner to designated business unit The HR Specialist will be responsible for the recruitment, hiring & firing and replacement processes (workforce planning) Key Responsibilities : Partner with the unit manager Support organizational processes (recruiting, firing, retention, employees “circle of life”) Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict solution and performances issues Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field 2+ years of experience in similar position Experience in recruiting varied types of positions (engineers, blue color position etc.) Skills & competencies: Understanding of HR practices , labor law and employee relations Excellent interpersonal & communication skills Experience in HR systems If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
