Job Description

A biotechnology company in the Irving, TX area is looking to grow their team and bring on an Identity Access Management Engineer. This is a full-time direct hire position, with a hybrid schedule in office 3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday).


In this position you will have the ability to act with autonomy and provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the team while also providing hands on automation of their Okta ecosystem. You will be working closely with the technical team and their HR to automate their onboarding/offboarding through Workday. Their Okta environment is already mature, but they're hoping to better automate and enhance functionality for their IAM processes. Tech wise, they need someone strong with Okta, JML workflows, access governance, and role-based access control.


Required Skills & Experience

• Okta automation
• Experience automating Joiner Mover Leaver workflows
• Access governance
• Role based access control
• Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members

Daily Responsibilities

• 80% Hands on
• 20% Mentoring and providing guidance to junior team members
