As a vital member of our Labor & Employment Practice Group, you will support three distinguished partners and one associate attorney on a variety of immigration matters. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced immigration paralegal to grow in a dynamic and prestigious environment. You'll work with high-profile clients and top attorneys, handling impactful cases that enhance your expertise in immigration law. What You’ll Do: Manage the full life cycle of non-immigrant visa applications, including H-1B, B-1, L-1, F-1, E-2, O-2, P-1, R-1, and TN visas. Assist with labor certifications, immigrant visa petitions, adjustment of status, and consular processing for employment-based and family-based immigration. Support permanent residency applications through investment and employment-based processes. Prepare and file legal documents for state and federal courts, including motions, subpoenas, and notices. Handle e-filing via Florida e-filing portal, Florida courts, and Simplifile e-recording. Assist attorneys with trial and deposition preparation, including subpoenas and record organization. Conduct legal research using LexisNexis, Westlaw, and other tools. Manage discovery pleadings and responses. Coordinate communication with clients, courts, vendors, and legal professionals.
