Overview We have an opening for an Immigration Paralegal with a minimum of 3 years of in-depth business/employment immigration experience. It is a collaborative group where you have plenty of opportunity and responsibility. This position will provide exposure to a variety of cases and you'll have overall responsibility for case preparation and communications for client relationships. Responsibilities Create drafts, perform revisions, prepare detailed forms, documents, letters, exhibits, and other related materials as needed for primarily employment-based immigration processes Communicate with clients and employees by e-mail, telephone, and through our case management system. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of in-depth business/employment immigration experience. Specific experience with preparing PERM Labor Certifications, H-1Bs, and L-1s. Bachelor's degree required.
