Overview Immigration Paralegal – Part-Time (6 Hours) Location: Hollywood, FL Responsibilities Prepare and manage immigration cases, with emphasis on O and P visa petitions. Draft support letters, affidavits, contracts, and USCIS forms. Collect and review client documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Maintain case files, deadlines, and internal tracking systems. Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish to gather information, provide updates, and answer inquiries. Assist attorneys with filings before USCIS and related agencies. Qualifications Prior experience with O and P visa petitions is mandatory. At least 2 years of experience as an immigration paralegal. Strong organizational and drafting skills. Fluent in both English and Spanish (oral and written). Ability to work independently and handle multiple deadlines. Proficiency in USCIS forms, MS Office, and case management systems. Job Details Part-Time: 6 hours per day. Compensation: Salary + performance bonus.
