Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal with extensive experience in U.S. immigration law, particularly with preparing applications and documents for the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) . This full-time remote position offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative and efficient team, supporting a wide range of immigration services. Key Responsibilities Prepare and file immigration applications and petitions, including but not limited to E2, O1, EB1, and EB2 visas . Assist with extension of status and adjustment of status applications. Accurately complete and review critical forms such as I-129 , DS-160 , and other USCIS-related documents. Conduct meticulous checks of all documentation to ensure compliance with USCIS regulations. Communicate with clients to gather required documents, provide updates, and address procedural questions. Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to ensure timely and efficient processing of applications. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience as a paralegal specializing in U.S. immigration law. Demonstrated expertise in preparing applications for E2, O1, EB1/EB2 visas , and related immigration documents. Comprehensive knowledge of adjustment of status and extension of status processes. Familiarity with USCIS procedures, forms, and processing timelines. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proven experience in remote work, with the ability to manage tasks independently.
