Responsibilities Apply your creativity and legal expertise to process interesting, complex employment-based immigration cases and client matters. Prepare visa petitions, applications, and supporting documentation for foreign national clients such as H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, TN, and E-2. Draft talent visa petitions, applications, and supporting documentation for foreign national clients such as O-1A, O-1B, EB-1, and EB-2 NIW. Work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision. Work closely with product and engineering teams to provide product feedback. Work closely with supervising attorney and legal teams to develop, improve, and implement new case workflows, protocols, and client resources. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, or Paralegal Certification. Minimum of 2 years of experience drafting and filing talent visa cases, with a focus on O-1s, EB-1s, and EB-2 National Interest Waiver cases. Experience in developing new firm protocols, case templates, and providing best practices feedback, is a plus! Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing demands. The ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Possess a client service mindset, attention to detail, and a desire to achieve a high level of productivity.
