Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide high-quality care to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have experience in various medical settings and a strong understanding of the needs of patients across different stages of care. This role requires a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for clients by assisting them with daily activities, personal care, and companionship.

Duties

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist clients with mobility and physical activities as needed..
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary restrictions or preferences.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, including light housekeeping tasks.
• Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
• own transportation recommended.

Experience

Qualifications:

• Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Certification in Connecticut (Required).
• Prior experience in companionship care and light housekeeping.
• Friendly, patient, and reliable demeanor.
• Ability to pass a background check and provide references.
• Location: East Hartford, CT (client’s home).
