flavors and exceptional dining experiences. We take pride in our rich culinary heritage and are looking for a

passionate and experienced Indian Cook to join our kitchen team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a wide variety of traditional Indian dishes including curries, tandoori items, breads, biryanis, and regional specialties
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet high standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
• Manage food stock and inventory
• Follow food safety regulations and hygiene standards
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and management

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Indian cuisine (North and/or South Indian preferred)
• Knowledge of spices, ingredients, and traditional Indian cooking techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Culinary certification is a plus
