ResponsibilitiesClient Interaction: Engage with potential clients, thoroughly understanding their insurance needs, and propose tailored solutions.
Policy Sales: Drive sales by promoting our comprehensive range of insurance products, ensuring clients' needs are met.
Record Maintenance: Accurately document client interactions and transactions, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about the insurance market trends to provide relevant and competitive offers.
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of GEICO's insurance products, services, and policies.
Networking: Cultivate relationships with local businesses and community organizations to expand client base.
Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or changes in their insurance needs.
RequirementsMust have or be able to obtain Active Tennessee Property & Casualty Insurance License
Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Customer Focus: A strong desire to assist clients and meet their insurance needs effectively.
Problem Solving: Ability to identify and provide appropriate solutions to client inquiries.
