Investment Analyst

Birmingham, AL onsite

An analytical, deal-oriented role supporting our client's investment decisions across a diversified commercial real estate portfolio. You'll help source, underwrite, and coordinate acquisitions that shape where capital is deployed and how properties are repositioned for long-term value.

Compensation

• $55,000-$70,000/year

What You'll Be Doing

• Support sourcing and evaluating potential acquisition opportunities.
• Develop and maintain financial models
• Underwrite investments, create concise one-page property evaluations, and perform market research.
• Assist in preparing Investment Committee, fundraising, and financing materials.
• Manage broker relationship database and support broker marketing efforts.
• Coordinate due diligence (LOIs, third-party reports, lease abstracts) and timelines.
• Assist with property transitions and related closing tasks.

What You'll Need to be Considered

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in underwriting or financial analysis
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Willingness to work onsite in Birmingham, AL
