We are working with a top-tier Investment Banking team based in Raleigh, NC, seeking to add an Investment Banking Associate to their growing Construction M&A practice. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in live deal execution, contribute to a fast-paced and entrepreneurial team, and gain meaningful exposure to strategic advisory and M&A transactions within the construction and infrastructure space.

The Investment Banking Associate will be responsible for:

• Leading the preparation and delivery of presentations throughout the M&A process.

• Driving execution on buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions.

• Managing due diligence processes and coordinating with internal and external parties.

• Conducting in-depth industry and company research to support deal activity.

• Overseeing financial modeling, valuation, and strategic analysis.

• Building and maintaining relationships with current and prospective clients.

The Investment Banking Associate should have the following qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Investment Banking or a related field (M&A advisory, corporate development, etc.).

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• Strong M&A transaction experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked within industrials or construction-related verticals.

• Proven ability to manage complex projects and present to senior stakeholders.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
