What we offer - Our hardworking team deserves benefits that work for them: Total Rewards Significant earning potential in year 1 Progressive pay with skills development Additional earnings through employee ownership program Benefits day 1 Paid parental leave Tuition reimbursement 401k with 5% company match at 90 days of employment Vacation upon day of hire People & Culture Sustainability leader Innovative & dynamic environment Safety & quality driven Purpose-driven & Values-based Community partners Earth stewardship As An IT Business Partner Your Responsibilities Will Be Strategic Partnership & Planning Act as the primary IT point of contact for HR, Communications, and Learning & Development teams Understand business goals and co-develop a digital roadmap aligned to employee engagement objectives Advise on technology capabilities that enhance onboarding, performance management, communications, recognition, and learning initiatives Solution Delivery & Optimization Lead or support implementation of systems such as LMS (Learning Management Systems), HRIS, engagement platforms, intranet/SharePoint portals, and mobile employee apps Drive adoption of collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, Viva) and ensure digital solutions are inclusive and accessible across desk and non-desk workers Manage vendor relationships and assist in product evaluations and implementations Change Management & Enablement Partner with HR and Communications to execute change management and digital adoption strategies Champion the voice of the employee in digital initiatives, gathering feedback and translating it into platform improvements Ensure alignment between business processes and digital tools to maximize user experience and productivity Data & Insights Support the business in developing dashboards and reports related to engagement, retention, learning metrics, and internal communications effectiveness Identify opportunities to automate or streamline manual employee experience processes A Strong IT Business Partner Will Possess 7+ years of experience in IT business analysis, IT program management, or digital transformation roles Strong familiarity with HR systems (e.g., ADP), learning platforms, and collaboration tools Experience working with or supporting HR, Communications, or L&D functions in a manufacturing or distributed workforce environment Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and deliver scalable, employee-centric solutions Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and change programs Familiarity with agile delivery methods is a plus Safety At CNG Ensure that safety and health concerns are given primary consideration in all activities Follows company guidelines and actively participates in all safety processes Carry out job/area specific housekeeping duties and maintain a high standard of professionalism Look for, report, and correct any near misses/unsafe conditions or behaviors as soon as possible Identify needed changes and make recommendations - find a better way Physical Work And Work Environment Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
