Position Summary

As a Junior Email Marketing Specialist, you will help elevate our member?clients brands through innovative email strategies. Deploy scalable email programs, design custom campaigns, and stay current with best practices.

Responsibilities

• Onboard member?clients to our email platform following documented processes
• Deploy templated emails and workflows for member?clients
• Design and execute custom email marketing campaigns upon request
• Stay up?to?date with latest email marketing trends and apply insights to improve strategies

Required Skills & Abilities

• Strong time management, organization, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage a high?volume workload and prioritize tasks effectively
• Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external member?clients
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail
• Innovative and creative thinker, able to think outside the box

Education & Experience

• 1-2 years of email marketing experience, preferably in an eCommerce environment
• Experience building email automations is a plus, but not required
• Proficient with email builders such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platform
• Basic understanding of email analytics and metrics, with the ability to analyze and interpret data
• Proficient with creative design tools such as Canva or similar to craft visually compelling graphics

Travel & Remote Work

Remote from home. Periodic travel required for AVBs All?Employee Meeting and other events.
