The Labor and Delivery Nurse Manager will oversee triage, antepartum, intrapartum, cesarean ORs, and immediate postpartum care, advancing initiatives that promote skin-to-skin bonding, breastfeeding success, and respectful birth experiences, in collaboration with obstetricians, certified nurse midwives, anesthesiology, neonatology, and lactation experts.
The Labor and Delivery Nurse Manager will report to a seasoned Women’s and Children’s Services executive and will be supported by charge nurses, an experienced perinatal educator, lactation consultants, and a multidisciplinary leadership team.
