Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to join our thriving landscape business. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and implementing effective marketing strategies. Responsibilities:

1. Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and networking.
  • Conduct research to identify potential clients, target markets, and industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Initiate contact with prospective clients and schedule meetings to present our services.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

2. Relationship Building:

  • Build and cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing timely and accurate information about our services.
  • Conduct regular client visits to maintain relationships, identify opportunities for upselling, and gather feedback.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by resolving any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.

3. Marketing Strategy Implementation:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Create engaging content for marketing collateral, website, social media platforms, and other marketing channels.
  • Utilize digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaigns' performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company's services and build industry connections.

4. Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze competitor strategies, pricing, and positioning to identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably in the landscape or related industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Familiarity with landscaping principles, terminology, and industry trends.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, in the landscape industry.
