Responsibilities for Licensed Insurance Agent jobs include:
Utilize product scripts effectively during calls and provide exceptional customer service as a Licensed Insurance Agent specializing in Accident and Health.
Identify opportunities for upselling and consistently meet daily performance goals.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the call center database.
Use data insights to propose improvements to processes.
Handle a large volume of calls promptly, understand customer needs, and efficiently resolve issues.
Recommend enhancements for systems and procedures to enhance organizational efficiency.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
1+ years of experience in a call center or customer-support role
Must have a valid Insurance Agent License in the state of Pennsylvania
Strong active-listening and verbal communication skills
Proficient in problem-solving
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

**Pay Details:** $18.50 per hour
