Job Overview:
A well-established interior design company is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Furniture Logistics Coordinator to support purchasing, logistics, and inventory operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth flow of furniture orders from vendors to clients, with a focus on timely fulfillment, accurate data management, and proactive communication. The ideal candidate will have experience with order management systems (NetSuite or similar), strong Excel skills, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
Logistics & Order Fulfillment:
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments of furniture and decor items, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with regulations.
• Manage freight quotes, customs documentation, and shipping logistics.
• Oversee dropship orders, working closely with vendors and the sales team to provide regular updates on timelines and delivery status.
• Address and resolve shipping issues such as delays, damages, or discrepancies with freight carriers and vendors.
Operational Support & Systems Management:
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, shipments, and logistics activity in NetSuite (or similar systems).
• Collaborate with the sales and design teams to ensure clients receive timely and accurate order updates.
• Manage and update SKU-level pricing and product details in the system.
• Monitor product lifecycle, removing discontinued furniture items and keeping the catalog current.
• Execute bulk edits and system updates to streamline pricing changes and maintain data accuracy.
Qualifications & Skills:
• 4+ years of experience in logistics, purchasing, or sales coordination—preferably in the furniture or interior design industry.
• Strong understanding of domestic and international shipping, customs processes, and vendor management.
• Proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP/order management platforms, including bulk editing and SKU management.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple furniture orders and shipments simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for vendor interaction and internal coordination.
• Highly detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Preferred Experience:
• Background in furniture, home decor, or luxury goods logistics.
• Experience with freight forwarders, white glove delivery services, and international shipping.
• Familiarity with dropship logistics and vendor coordination within the interior design industry.
Location: West Hollywood - must be able to work on-site
Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST
Salary: up to $80,000/annually DOE
