Locations: Onsite / Barstow, CA

Terms: Full time

Compensation: $85k - $90k

The Regional Manager (RM) serve as one of the primary points of contact with the Government LMS/COR and/or ACOR. The RM shall exercise full decision-making authority for Contractor regional and site activities. The RMs should have the ability to manage as a PM in their respective regions in the absence of the PM. They should also have the capacity to assist the PM, as required, in all the duties assigned to the PM. The RM must be able to make decisions as "acting PM” in the PM’s absence. The RM should be a seasoned leader with a wealth of experience in various facets of materiel logistics, personnel and materiel management, and logistics IT. RMs should be capable of exercising the flexibility often required when supporting FMFs, or other authorized SC7 customers. Knowledge of Marine Corps organizational structure, processes and procedures is critical to the success of the RM.

Qualifications Education, Skills and Experience:

• Master’s degree in relevant area i.e., Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Program Management
• Ten (10) years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management (SCM), or Warehouse Management
• Five (5) years of demonstrated leadership
• Four (4) years of Program Management experience comparable to the duties and responsibilities identified in the contract documents

or

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant area i.e., Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Program Management
• Twelve (12) years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management (SCM), or Warehouse Management
• Five (5) years of demonstrated leadership
• Four (4) years of Program Management experience comparable to the duties and responsibilities identified in the contract documents

or

• Twelve (12) years of experience in any combination of supply chain management, business management, or logistics management
• Six (6) years of demonstrated leadership
• Two (2) years of Program Management experience comparable to the duties and responsibilities identified in the contract documents and
• Ability to effectively read and write in English, comprehend written instructions, perform common mathematical tasks, and communicate effectively
• Knowledge of Marine Corps organizational structure, processes, and procedures
• Knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent supervisory, management, analytical, and organizational skills
• The ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines and the ability to work collaboratively to achieve objectives
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to include public speaking when required

Certificate, License, Registration, etc.:

• Valid driver’s U.S. State-issued driver’s license for passenger cars and trucks with a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) of 26,000 lbs. or less
• Ability to obtain and maintain a military Common Access Card (CAC) within 30 days
• Ability to travel 25% of the year to all SC7 CONUS/OCONUS work locations
• Completion of contractual and company mandated trainings applicable to position
