Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Our customer depends on consistent & sustainable logistics service provision stay competitive in the market
2. Control Tower Analysts serve as the main point of contact for LG Electronics USA and are responsible for providing on-time communication or resolution.
3. Operation KPI analysis and lead KPI improvement
4. - KPI’s : On Time Warehouse Receiving, On Time Picking, On Time Shipping, WH Labor Productivity, Inventory Cycle counting Accuracy, On Time Delivery, On Time IOD Collection
5. Respond to inquiries from LG Electronics USA (mainly regarding order status)
6. - Communication about Order progress, Delivery Status, ETA communication
7. Daily progress report by BU(HA, HE, BS/AS), Sales Risk and Plan
8. Create and submit weekly Operation KPI Result and Analysis
9. Plan information communication among WH's, internal departments and customers
10. Create and submit monthly 'Logistics/Transportation Market Trend' report
11. Leading and Drive data driven operation planning and operation
12. Create and update organization directory (for departments related to operations)

1. Inquiry response speed and precision
2. Update acquisition speed and precision
3. Issue Mgmt. logging speed and precision
4. Weekly Transportation Issue Summary quality
5. Weekly Voice of Customer report quality
6. Monthly Logistics/Transportation Market Trend report quality

Education and/or Work Related Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
2. 2+ years experience in data entry and analysis with BI tools (report development and presentation)
3. 3+ years of customer service in logistics, transportation, supply chain or procurement
4. Need to travel to the cities where our DC's and customers are for meetings
5. Ability to work occasional overtime hours

Skills in Demand:

1. Experience with Supply Chain Management systems (TMS, WMS preferred)
2. Strong communication and detail oriented
3. Operation Data Analysis Skill and experiences with the tools - Tableau, Python or Excel
4. Problem solving, critical thinking, ability to prioritize time-sensitive situations
5. Team player
