Are you a skilled Machine Operator and have a specialized background in running thermoform machines? Join our team as a Machine Operator, where you will play a key role in our production process.We are searching for both Day Shift and Swing Shift Positions.Day Shift: Monday thru Friday 8am - 5pmSwing Shift: Monday thru Thursday 1:30 - 11:30pmResponsibilities:

• Operate and maintain thermoforming machines efficiently and safely to produce high-quality parts.
• Set up machines for thermoforming processes, including tooling setup and adjustments.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure parts meet quality standards and specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of thermoform equipment.
• Conduct final assembly of parts and products as needed.
• Assist with CNC machine operation and other shop duties as required for production.
• Package and label finished goods for shipment.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.Requirements:
• Proven experience in thermoforming machine operation is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on machines.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts.
• Flexibility to adapt to various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to assist with final assembly and other shop-related duties.
