Job Description

Are you a skilled Machine Operator and have a specialized background in running thermoform machines? Join our team as a Machine Operator, where you will play a key role in our production process.We are searching for both Day Shift and Swing Shift Positions.Day Shift: Monday thru Friday 8am - 5pmSwing Shift: Monday thru Thursday 1:30 - 11:30pmResponsibilities:

Operate and maintain thermoforming machines efficiently and safely to produce high-quality parts.
Set up machines for thermoforming processes, including tooling setup and adjustments.
Monitor machine operations to ensure parts meet quality standards and specifications.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of thermoform equipment.
Conduct final assembly of parts and products as needed.
Assist with CNC machine operation and other shop duties as required for production.
Package and label finished goods for shipment.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.Requirements:
Proven experience in thermoforming machine operation is preferred.
Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on machines.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts.
Flexibility to adapt to various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to assist with final assembly and other shop-related duties.
Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team setting.Benefits:
