Mainframe Tester | COBOL | Enterprise Systems

Role Overview:
Develop comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and scripts based on business and technical requirements
Execute and validate test cases, documenting results and ensuring system functionality
Identify, log, and track defects; collaborate with developers to resolve them efficiently
Engage with project managers, BAs, and stakeholders to ensure quality and timely delivery
Support end-users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Provide mentorship to junior testers and help evolve QA practices
Stay informed about the latest testing methodologies and tools
Your Expertise:
Proven experience in Mainframe testing
Strong knowledge of COBOL , JCL, and related tools
Understanding of enterprise systems and QA best practices
Solid communication and collaboration skills
A continuous improvement mindset
