Job Description

Position Summary

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will develop and improve production processes for medical devices, supporting both new product development and ongoing manufacturing. You will collaborate across departments to ensure efficient, high-quality, and compliant production, responding quickly to customer and production needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Support: Set up, troubleshoot, and improve existing manufacturing processes.
• Project Support: Contribute to project timelines, work cell layout, and process flow design.
• Validation: Develop and execute validation plans for processes and equipment.
• Automation: Design, build, and troubleshoot automated manufacturing solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Documentation: Create and update work instructions and regulatory procedures.
• Customer Support: Assist with project management and customer communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SolidWorks experience preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Previous experience in high-volume or medical device manufacturing and lean concepts is a plus.

Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive motions.
• Extended periods of computer work.
• Manage multiple projects with deadlines and interruptions
