Position Summary:

Financial Analyst will be performing robust financial analysis to enhance the decision making process atChambersburg, PA manufacturing site. The role is designed to improve the availability of information, bothfinancial and operational, at all levels of the plant from the Plant Manager to Line Supervisor, enabling our Financeand Operations business partners to drive actionable change to improve overall business performance.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Reporting and Analysis:

• Preparation and analysis of Financial Results
• Preparation and coordination of the presentation to the Board of Directors
• Historical trend analysis
• Report on Key Financial performance metrics
• Analyze financial ratios and communicate insights to Senior leadership
• Adhoc Financial Analysis, modeling & presentations

Financial Analysis, Capital and Fuel for Growth:

• Review business changes and prepare the financial analysis associated with the changes and makerecommendations based on cost, level of effort, and benefits.
• Update and maintain the cost savings actuals / estimates associated with our fuel for growth initiatives.
• Work with key business partners to prepare the capital models that are submitted through our RFE (request forexpenditures) process. Ensuring all benefits are documented and verified.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis as requested as well as benchmarking studies by platform / line.
• Support Sales and Operations partners with product cost analysis based on changes to the businessenvironment / volumes.

Process Improvement:

• Identify and implement process efficiencies to reporting and analysis
• Partner with Information Systems to improve current financial systems
• Develop Financial Models that will streamline analysis and reporting

Education and Experience:

• BS degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required
• 1+ years of experience in a related role in a manufacturing plant-preferred
• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel & PowerPoint required
• Excellent verbal, written and listening skills are required
• Experience with JDE, AS400, BI a plus

• Must be detail oriented, organized and highly analytical
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Ability to work successfully in a team environment
• Ability to grasp new concepts and problem solve
• Understanding of manufacturing variances

Typical shifts are 8-12 hours per day. Additional unscheduled time after hours and on weekends may also be required. Employees must be willing and able to wear personal protective equipment as required by Company policy and/or legal requirements. In addition, certain jobs may require employees to:

• Work outside and/or in adverse temperatures which could include extreme heat, cold, and humidity;
• Be exposed to vibrations, chemicals used in operations, fumes and food allergens (may include soy, dairy and other allergens); and
• Be required to work in confined and dark spaces, and at heights in excess of 18 feet.
