Manufacturing Production Supervisor
Location: 14955 Truman Street, Ottumwa, Iowa, 52501
Shift: Full-time | 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–9:30/10:00 PM
Flexibility required for occasional weekend and holiday coverage.
The Manufacturing Production Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating the activities of production personnel on multiple high-speed packaging lines. This role ensures the safe, efficient, and high-quality packaging of beverage products for storage and shipment while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field (highly preferred)
Prior leadership/people management experience (required)
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM, or other continuous improvement methods
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel); SAP experience preferred
