• Plan and manage events to enhance brand visibility
• Create seasonal campaigns and promotions for new product launches
• Oversee store decor, organization, and cleanliness
• Develop engaging content for social media platforms
• Coordinate with store marketing representatives for local initiatives
• Engage in community sponsorships, donations, and partnerships

Requirements

• B.S.C. in Marketing Management or related field
• 2 years of management experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Detail-oriented, creative, and motivated
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
