As the Marketing Manager at DSA, your mission is to expand our brand identity by leading and executing a comprehensive marketing plan. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving sales growth while staying informed about market trends and the competitive landscape. Your ability to translate concepts into actionable plans and communicate them clearly to stakeholders will be critical.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Product Launch Timelines : Collaborate with product developers, engineers, and sales management to plan and execute product launches—from concept to implementation.
  • Enhance Product Sustainability : Recommend modifications to products, packaging, and production processes to improve environmental soundness and sustainability.
  • Conduct Customer Surveys : Gather insights through customer service satisfaction surveys and market research.
  • Manage Events and Tours : Independently coordinate customer production facility tours, trade shows, and sales-related company events. Oversee logistics, registrations, vendors, itineraries, and marketing collateral.
  • Execute Email Campaigns : Coordinate product, event, or content email marketing campaigns, including copywriting, scheduling, testing, and database management.
  • Craft Compelling Copy : Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent brand voice.
  • Monitor Campaign Performance : Continuously analyze key metrics and generate comprehensive reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop Promotional Materials : Expand and enhance promotional materials, customer loyalty programs, samples, and display fixtures.
  • Website and Social Media Management : Manage and curate content for the company website and social media platforms.
  • Resolve Issues with Stakeholders : Collaborate with management to address challenges related to copyright infringement, royalty sharing, and external influencers.
  • Marketing Collateral : oversee ordering process and distribution of marketing collateral to outside sales teams. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring that our sales representatives and customers have the necessary materials to effectively promote our products and services. This will require logistics and inventory management.
  • Additional Duties : As assigned by leadership.

Qualifications

  • Experience : 2-3 years of marketing coordinator or specialist experience
  • Graphics and content development : 3-4 years of expert use in graphic design software and other toolsets.
  • Bachelor’s Degree : Ideally in marketing, management, business, communications, or a related field.
  • The position is in-office, based in Raleigh, NC .

  • Creative Thinker : Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Excellent Communication Skills : Collaborate effectively and lead in a team-oriented environment.
