Job Description: The Master Electrician will be responsible for managing and supervising all electrical operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining our commitment to outstanding service. You will lead a team of electricians, oversee projects, and interact with clients directly, serving as the face of our company's expertise and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical projects from planning through completion.
• Manage, train, and mentor electricians and apprentices.
• Ensure strict compliance with NEC, state, and local electrical codes.
• Obtain and maintain permits and documentation for electrical work.
• Conduct on-site assessments, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and inspectors to deliver timely, quality outcomes.
• Manage project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Valid Master Electrician License required.
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial and residential electrical systems.
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams and projects.
• Strong knowledge of NEC codes, safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
