Epic Personnel Partners is actively hiring a Service Coordinator for a growing medical equipment company in Bloomfield, CT.

Pay: $17.00–$22.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:30AM–5:00PM

Duties: The Service Coordinator manages medical equipment repair requests during and after the warranty period, ensuring timely service, accurate records, and strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Manage repair tickets and assign tasks to field technicians
• Track service progress and coordinate part shipments to minimize equipment downtime
• Communicate with customers, technicians, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain detailed records of all repair activities and completed work
• Process invoices and documentation for completed repairs with accuracy
• Build lasting relationships with customers to provide excellent post-sale support

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in the medical equipment industry or related field
• Working knowledge of medical parts and equipment, including demo, refurbished, and capital medical devices
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience with ticketing systems or service platforms is a plus
• Prior experience in service coordination or customer support preferred
