We specialize in rare diseases and sleep disorders, providing targeted communications to healthcare professionals (HCPs). Job Description: Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Medical Editor to join our healthcare advertising team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical advertising, with a focus on healthcare professionals (HCPs). This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in pharma advertising, specifically in the areas of rare diseases and sleep disorders. Key Responsibilities: Review and edit medical content for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with industry standards and regulations. Collaborate with medical writers, account managers, and creative teams to ensure high-quality deliverables. Ensure all materials are scientifically accurate and align with client objectives and regulatory requirements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, guidelines, and best practices. Provide editorial support for a variety of materials, including websites, banner ads, emails, CVAs, and more. Assist in the development of content strategies and editorial guidelines. Conduct fact-checking and reference verification to ensure the integrity of all content. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Communications, Journalism). Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising, with a focus on HCP communications. Expertise in rare diseases and sleep disorders. Strong understanding of medical terminology and scientific concepts. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
