Job Description

The Buckeye Law Group, a dynamic and rapidly growing personal injury law firm, seeks a highly motivated and passionate *Medical Malpractice Attorney * to join our team in Cleveland.

*Responsibilities* *of the medical malpractice attorney*:

* Work with and learn from Medical Malpractice team in the litigation process for assigned cases.
* Negotiate the best possible settlement for clients.
* Drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions.
* Conduct depositions.
* Manage all aspects of trial preparation including witness preparation, evidentiary analysis and strategy development.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external experts.

*Qualifications*:

* Medical Malpractice Experience: 5+ years
* Strong proficiency in discovery practice with proven track record.
* Excellent negotiation, communication and writing skills.
* Exceptional research and analytical writing skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and adeptness in trial preparation.

*Licensure:*

* Must be currently licensed in the state of Ohio and in good standing.
