Job Description:

As a New Home Sales Assistant , you will be an integral part of our sales team, helping prospective buyers navigate the journey of selecting and purchasing their dream home. You will work with clients who are seeking a one-of-a-kind luxury living experience, guiding them through the process of choosing from our custom-built designs, floor plans, and personalized upgrades. Your role will be critical in delivering a seamless and elevated experience that aligns with our company’s brand of excellence.

Work Schedule: 10- 6pm – Tuesday and Wednesday, with Saturday & Sunday as required

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in coordinating daily sales activities for high-end custom homes.
• Welcome and qualify potential buyers, providing them with detailed information about our luxury homes, architectural features, premium finishes, and available upgrades.
• Schedule and lead private tours of custom-designed homes, highlighting the craftsmanship and personalized features that set our properties apart.
• Follow up with leads and engage in meaningful conversations to ensure clients’ needs are met and their vision for a custom home is realized.
• Keep up-to-date customer records and ensure the CRM system reflects accurate lead statuses and buyer preferences.
• Support the sales team with the preparation of contracts, ensuring all documentation meets company standards and client expectations.
• Manage client funds with fiduciary responsibility, ensuring all deposits, payments, and transactions are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure our properties are accurately represented across various channels, including print and online platforms.
• Stay informed on market trends in the luxury home sector and competitor offerings, providing clients with the latest insights.
• Assist in post-sale coordination, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition from contract to home completion.
• Attend sales meetings and professional development sessions to continuously grow your expertise in the luxury home market.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in real estate, luxury sales, or customer service is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage high-net-worth clients.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• A passion for luxury real estate, architecture, and design.
• Basic knowledge of home construction, custom home design, or the high-end real estate market is advantageous.
• Professional and polished demeanor with the ability to represent the company to discerning clients.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or relevant certifications preferred.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook).

· Comfortable learning new technology and software tools as needed.
