Your Role:

• Serve as a trusted guide to clients throughout the custom home journey —from first vision to final walkthrough.

• Host and manage private tours, model home showings, and design consultations.

• Work closely with our in-house architects, designers, and project managers to bring each home to life.

• Generate and convert leads through networking, events, social media, and CRM follow-up.

• Represent the Clay Custom Homes brand with polish, professionalism, and confidence.

What You Bring:

• Experience in luxury real estate or custom home sales (real estate license preferred or required).

• Strong emotional intelligence and an ability to connect with affluent clients.

• Self-motivation and a desire to control your income— uncapped commission .

• A deep commitment to responsiveness and service!

• A passion for design, architecture, and high-end living .
