Job Overview

ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed occupational therapist (OT) for a full-time school-based position in San Jose, CA. This district-wide role serves a PreK 8th grade caseload, supporting students with mild to moderate, moderate to severe, and resource program needs.
Position Details
Full-time: 40 hours per week
Duration: ASAP June 12th
Caseload: PreK 8th grade
Setting: District-wide (multiple school locations)
Responsibilities: Evaluations, assessments, implementing IEPs, motor skill development
Key Responsibilities
Conduct student evaluations and assessments to determine therapy needs
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans (IEPs)
Provide direct therapy services to improve fine motor, sensory integration, and functional skills
Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and parents
Maintain documentation and progress reports
Qualifications
Active California OT license (required)
School-based experience preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
